Refund/Transfer Policy

National Flag Football requires all potential participants to fully understand the refund policy prior to registering. Refunds will not be issued due to over scheduling of the participant. All National Flag Football programs require a minimum commitment of two hours per week on a Saturday or Sunday depending on the respective league during the scheduled season. Participants that are unwilling or unable to make that commitment will not be refunded for missed practices or games.

The league discourages participants from registering only on condition of specific team placement or coach assignment.  In the event players are not assigned to a specific team, coach or partnered with specific players, even if requested, refunds will not be issued.

 Refunds may only be considered upon request.

  • No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline for any National Flag Football programs. Refund Requests must be received prior to registration deadline in order for refund to be processed.
  • All refund requests received prior to the program registration deadline will be assessed an administrative fee of $30 and forfeit the processing fee and any donation. 
  • Any cancellations after the registration deadline forfeit all funds and equipment.

  • Participants are eligible to transfer up until the first week of play, to any season within one calendar year. A $15.00 transfer fee will be applied to such transactions. If a player who has purchased jersey lettering requests a transfer after that jersey has been lettered, a replacement jersey will have to be purchased at the cost of $25. if the customer would like the replacement jersey lettered the normal cost of $15.00 would apply.

  • All programs cancelled by National Flag Football will be refunded in full minus any donation. National Flag Football reserves the right to cancel any activity based on insufficient enrollment or other conditions beyond our control. 

  • No refunds will be issued for merchandise purchased at time of registration or during the course of the season for any reason with the exception of manufactures defects.

  • Refund for illness or emergency will require documentation and will be at the discretion of National Flag Football.

  • Processing fees and donations are non-refundable. 

The amount of the refund will be determined as follows: 

  • Prior to registration deadline date: Entry Fee less a $30.00 administrative fee, processing fee, and donations (no exceptions).

  • Past the registration deadline due to emergency or illness, at the discretion of National Flag Football.
